the staff was friendly and professional. zainah at the reception was helpful. the bar was amazing and the cocktails were good.
i had to walk with four bags to the front door from 100 yards away. the hotel did not offer assistance with luggage.

the breakfast buffet offered an array of fresh pastries alongside locally sourced fruit preserves. my room featured a large window seat overlooking a tranquil courtyard. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to nearby boutiques and quaint cafes. i especially enjoyed the hotel's serene spa, complete with a steam room and sauna.
i encountered a minor inconvenience with the in-room safe it initially malfunctioned and required assistance from the hotel engineer.

Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel's central location allowed easy walks to museums, docks, and shops. Numerous bars and eateries lined the street, I found very convenient. The staff was excellent! Direct access to the food hall from the hotel was also a significant plus.
The room was quite small and a bit noisy in the mornings due to street cleaning. This was not a huge issue, it is worth considering if you prefer absolute quiet.
